During a press avail following the event Edwards reiterated his mandate:
“Basically every time they come into contact with either the healthcare system or the government, whether it’s payment of taxes, school, going to the library, whatever it is they will be signed up.”
When asked by a reporter if an individual decided they didn’t want healthcare Edwards quickly responded, “You don’t get that choice.“
Yep, no Communism here, just shut up and get in line for what we give you. Senator Edwards, will you be required to participate in socialized medicine against your will? Not likely, I am guessing you will have you own private physician for you and your family.

He is not the only one. Look where our congressmen & women live. Better yet, look at the benefits they receive after only 1 term. Full salary + full health care for them and their family, lifetime. Wish the rest of us regular folks could receive a health care package like they get. We are paying for all this + our own. How are we liking it so far??? Not so much.
